The Faculty of Fine Arts at An-Najah National University is a leading school in the field of fine arts and music education. The faculty has a great impact on the Palestinian community as it provided and still provides fine arts and music in Palestine with prominent national and international expertise and specialists.
These specialists were able to reach universality such as Taysir Batniji, Fawzi Omrani, Bashar Alhroub, Monther Jawabreh, Khalid Istitiyeh, Khalid Sadouq, Rami Arafat, Ammar Qudmani, Nasser Al Asmar, Ammar Hassan and Habeeb Al-Deek.
The faculty aims at developing students' intellectual and practical skills and enriching students’ artistic taste to produce amazing high-quality artworks.
It is worth mentioning that a number of the department’s academic staff and graduates obtained higher degrees in several disciplines of fine arts some of which are Dr. Ehab Abu Hannoud, Dr. Hani Al-Farran, Dr. Mohamed Gabr, Mr. Kamal Zaidan, Ms. Lina Harb and Ms. Raghad Abu Zaytouna.
