Palestinian art as a necessity for survival was the title of the lecture delivered by Mr. Jamal Naesa and Mr. Ahmed Abu-Rub on April 3 and 11, 2018 at Zafer El Masry secondary school and sequentially at Al - Kindi secondary school. This kind of co-curricular activities came within strenuous endeavours being made by The Department of Plastic Art at An-Najah University in cooperation with Ministry of Education that aims to consolidate both patriotic and aesthetic roles of educational art into art institutions.


Under interactive discussion about art images between attendees, the session revolved around three key aspects:  The power of Palestinian art nationally and internationally, emphasizing on the role of Arts Education as an intermediate refines students' awareness of the aesthetic trait in art and life alike and overcoming obstacles and challenges that may restrain the creativity process in Art and Palestinian artists alike.  

At the end of the session, the art supervisors at the ministry praised the both lecturers for their efforts and they called for holding more sessions that expose the potential energy of art.
